Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world that receives regular postal services. Head to the Makedo Regions page to make a selection that best suits your delivery location.

Do you ship to the USA and Canada?

We sure do! Head to our North America store to make your purchase.

Do you ship to Australia?

Our home turf? You bet. Head to the Makedo Australia store to make your purchase.

Where do you ship from?

Orders for UK destinations ship locally from Kent.
Orders for US and Canadian destinations ship locally from Nevada.
Orders for Australian destinations ship locally from Melbourne.
All other orders ship internationally from Hong Kong.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery to UK:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1 business day and generally arrive between 2-3 days from dispatch.

Delivery to IE:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 1 business day and generally arrive between 5-7 days from dispatch.

Note: For orders to some remote / regional destinations, delivery times may vary.

How will we know when our order has been dispatched?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is available for Express Shipping only. We will email you a tracking number once it is available (usually 1-2 days after shipment).
